Pick a deck you own. Name the course and choose the deck to share. Share the code. You get a 6-digit join code to give your class. Everyone joins. Classmates enter the code and see the deck's terms and definitions. Any signed-in user can create or join a course. Members see the shared deck as a term and definition list. It doesn't copy into their library. The shared deck goes through the same content check as a public deck. Members can leave a course at any time.
