Student questions
How do I join my teacher's class?
Sign up free, then enter the class code your teacher gave you. Your teacher approves the join, and the class decks and due dates show up on Home. Classes are for students 13 and up.
What if I need more time or a bigger font?
Ask your teacher to set extended time. Larger text, read-aloud, reduced motion and high contrast are in Settings and in the lobby before a game.
Does a grad student qualify?
Yes, with a school .edu address and a graduation year.
I'm an alum with an .edu address.
The graduation year decides. Past years aren't eligible, and you can pick a year up to 7 years ahead.
My school has no .edu email.
Use the ID photo or class schedule option. A person reviews it, and the file is deleted as soon as the review is decided.
I switched schools.
Verify again with your new address.
Can I use a referral code too?
A referral discount can't be combined with the student discount on the same checkout. At checkout you choose which one to keep.
What happens when it ends?
Your plan keeps going. At the next renewal after your verification ends, the price goes back to the regular one. Re-verify before then to keep the student price.
