The model files are downloaded by your browser from Hugging Face (including the model files published by the MLC project) and, for the runtime library, from GitHub. We do not host them. Once downloaded, the models run on your device. See our Privacy Policy for what those download sites can see.

Models

  • Qwen3.5 2B (`Qwen3.5-2B-MLC`). From Alibaba Cloud (Qwen team). Licence: Apache License 2.0. Runs on your device. Writes flashcards and answers study questions on devices with enough memory.
  • Qwen3.5 4B (`Qwen3.5-4B-MLC`). From Alibaba Cloud (Qwen team). Licence: Apache License 2.0. Runs on your device. Writes flashcards and answers study questions on computers with a large graphics card.
  • Qwen2.5 1.5B Instruct (`Qwen2.5-1.5B-Instruct-MLC`). From Alibaba Cloud (Qwen team). Licence: Apache License 2.0. Runs on your device. Writes flashcards and answers study questions on mid-range devices.
  • Qwen3 1.7B (`Qwen3-1.7B-MLC`). From Alibaba Cloud (Qwen team). Licence: Apache License 2.0. Runs on your device. Writes flashcards and answers study questions on some devices (experimental).
  • Qwen2.5 0.5B Instruct (`Qwen2.5-0.5B-Instruct-MLC`). From Alibaba Cloud (Qwen team). Licence: Apache License 2.0. Runs on your device. Runs the study helpers on iPhone and iPad, and is the fastest choice on other devices (it writes short answers; bigger models run on laptops).
  • Qwen3.5 0.8B (`Qwen3.5-0.8B-Q4_K_M-GGUF`). From Alibaba Cloud (Qwen team). Licence: Apache License 2.0. Runs on your device. Writes flashcards and answers study questions at reduced quality on devices without WebGPU.
  • all-MiniLM-L6-v2 (`all-MiniLM-L6-v2`). From Sentence Transformers project. Licence: Apache License 2.0. Runs on your device. Compares the meaning of short texts, to match answers and find similar cards.
  • nli-deberta-v3-xsmall (`nli-deberta-v3-xsmall`). From Sentence Transformers project. Licence: Apache License 2.0. Runs on your device. Checks whether one sentence follows from another, to help grade answers.
